We now carried purple area rugs for our wool area rugs store. Below, you will find a couple of pieces that we have picked up that offers good quality comfort at low prices. Modern homes buyers like to decorate their house with colors and purple seem to be a growing trend this year. Before seeing the rugs on sale, here is some tips on how you can decorate with colors with regards to rugs.
How to decorate with purple area rugs
The great thing about colors is that they are able to visibly affect the mood of a home. However, not many people dare to experiment with colors as they are afraid of getting it wrong. This is fair worry which is why most home owners choose to go for netural colors for your home furnishings such as black, white or gray.
The good thing about colored area rugs is their movability. Unlike other home furniture like window shades, cabinets or wall tiles, rugs can be moved around fairly easily. This means there is no room for your to trial and error with the colored rugs. A purple area rug might not fit well into the white living room but it might look great in the baby blue study room. This should ally the fears of people worrying about using colors in their homes.
Colors have the ability to make the room small or big. If you want a more cozy room and feel, darker colors like purple rugs would do well. Don’t use purple if you want to create a spacious and big feel for your home as it wouldn’t look. Instead, you want something like white or light blue area rug.
Purple rugs are also suitable if you intend to place them in high traffic area. This is because they can better hide the dirt and not shown to be dirty. Of course, you will clean the rugs eventually either using a regular vacuum or a mild rug cleaner. If you are looking for these, you might want to take a look at our best selling rug cleaners on the sidebar to your right.
Top selling purple area rugs
This purple rug is from Macy’s and is the best selling item from our sponsor Amazon. One of the reason for this is popular is due to the colorful patterns being featured on the rug. Rather than having the entire rug in whole rugs, this particular model creates a more fun pattern.
This model is made from nylon and not from wool. This explains why the price is lower than what you normally pay for wool rugs. It is made in the US and is machine made, not hand tuffed.
The good news is that this rug is now on sale. From a price of $139, there is now a 43% discount, bringing the price of the rug to under $100.

For those looking for purple wood area
rug, here is my store’s recommendation. This models is from the RugsStudio, a manufacturer specializing in wool area rug. These rugs are opulent 100% wool pile, and are yarn-dyed and meticulously hand-tufted. The quality is really high for this piece of area rug.
As you can see from the picture, the rug is dyed to have multiple tones of purple so that it does not look as monotonous. That is why this design is more popular than other single tone colored rugs. The variation of the purple tone makes a lot of difference.
Prices wise, it is very reasonable the quality of this rug. If you are interested to know about the price and other information, simply click on the image to go to the sale information page and read more about this wool rug.
Besides purple, we are looking into the different colors that might interest our readers and visitors. Here are some of the different colors that we are considering. If you have an interest in purchasing any of these rugs, do let us know that we can order them in stock.
Brown area rugs
Similar to purple rugs, brown is great for creating a smaller home feel and for high traffic areas. What is different about brown color is that it is more useful for homes that want a natural and earth tone feel for your homes. In these cases, I would say a brown area rugs would make a lot more sense.

As soon as child is residence, there are a couple of more precautions to take. Don’t smoke, use matches or drink hot beverages while holding your baby. Any of these can simply burn your child or become a hearth hazard.
